About The Role

At Solanto, data powers our mission to make sustainability measurable, actionable, and transparent. As a Sustainability Data Analyst, you’ll transform complex environmental data into clear insights that help organizations understand — and reduce — their impact. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team of researchers, developers, and environmental partners to bring data-driven sustainability to life.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sustainability Data Analyst at Euphoriya, you’ll transform environmental data into meaningful insights that help organizations reduce their impact and make informed climate decisions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, visualize progress, and communicate findings that drive measurable sustainability outcomes.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sustainability-related datasets (carbon, energy, waste, water).

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

  • Identify key performance indicators for sustainability programs.

  • Translate data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.

  • Support the development of environmental impact reports and visualizations.

  • Collaborate with developers to enhance Euphoriya’s EcoData analytics platform.

  • Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visual storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a detail-oriented thinker with a passion for sustainability and data storytelling. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with an understanding of environmental impact — turning numbers into meaningful action. You should be comfortable working with data tools, collaborating across teams, and communicating insights that inspire smarter, greener decisions.

  • Degree in Environmental Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in sustainability, data, or analytics.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.

  • Knowledge of ESG metrics, carbon accounting, or life-cycle analysis is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Benefits & Perks

  • Remote-friendly workplace with flexible hours.

  • Carbon-offset program for all employees.

  • Wellness and mental health allowance.

  • Continuous learning stipend for courses and certifications.

  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture built on collaboration and respect.

  • Paid volunteering days for environmental causes.
